These are prompted's published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to everyone and everything on prompted.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
prompted prohibits, without exception, any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or generated
- Sexualized depictions or descriptions of minors
- Grooming — adults building relationships with minors for exploitation
- Sextortion, or soliciting sexual content from or involving minors
- Trafficking of minors or facilitating in-person harm
Violations result in immediate content removal, a permanent ban, and — where we identify apparent CSAM or child endangerment — a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
Age requirements
prompted is for users 13 and older. Age is checked at sign-up and accounts for users under 13 are refused. Suspected underage accounts are removed when discovered or reported.
How we prevent and detect abuse
- Automated scanning: every uploaded video and profile picture is automatically screened for sexual and unsafe content before it can circulate. Flagged content never surfaces in feeds.
- Text filtering: comments, chat, names, and prompt submissions pass through automated content filters.
- Human moderation: moderators review user reports and can remove content, lock features, and ban accounts.
How to report
In-app: use the report option available on every post, comment, and profile. Reports are sent to our moderators immediately and reviewed promptly, typically within 24 hours. You can also block any user.

Child safety reports are prioritized above all other reports.
Contact your local law enforcement right away. In the US, you can also report to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
Legal compliance
prompted complies with applicable child safety laws, including US federal reporting requirements for apparent CSAM, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store guidelines. We cooperate with law enforcement requests related to child safety and preserve relevant records as the law requires.
